The best part is that it only requires a few common ingredients that you probably already have at home. No extra shopping trip required.

Why You’ll Love These Easy Garlic Butter Chicken Bites
Quick and Easy: These garlic butter chicken bites are essentially diced chicken breast that’s seasoned and seared with butter. Nothing fancy, no crazy cooking steps, no long cook time!
Budget Friendly Meal: Of all the meats, chicken is one of the cheapest. This recipe requires half a pack of chicken breast to feed a family of 4. My total cost, with all ingredients, was under 10 dollars. Pretty good deal for making 4 meals if you ask me!
Buttery Flavor: The buttery flavor infused with garlic enhances the chicken flavor and makes this dish so delicious. A winner with everyone!

Garlic Butter Chicken Ingredients
Chicken Breast – I find that chicken breast does a better job at soaking up the garlic butter flavor compared to chicken thighs, but chicken thighs have a stronger meat flavor and softer texture. Chicken thighs can be used if you prefer!
Butter – kerrygold is my favorite brand as it has a more rich flavor than most butter brands.
Garlic – peeled and minced. You can replace fresh garlic with garlic powder if you prefer, just make sure to season it to your taste preference.
Olive Oil – cooking the chicken in ONLY butter can cause it to burn quickly. Drizzle in a little bit of olive oil with your butter when cooking to prevent this.
Chicken Bouillon – I love using this to add a strong chicken flavor when using chicken breasts. It’s quite salty, so no need to add salt with this recipe. Knorr’s is the only brand I’ll use!
Flour – allows the chicken bites to get a golden brown crisp. King Arthur is my favorite brand.
Parsley – for garnish.
How to Make Garlic Butter Chicken Bites
Chop 3 whole chicken breasts into bite sized pieces (about 1 ½” squares).
In a large bowl, add ½ cup flour and 2 tbsp chicken bouillon. Toss the chicken pieces in the mixture to coat.
Heat a large frying pan to medium-high heat. Add 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp olive oil. I use Caraway pans (as seen in the photo) since they are non-toxic and BEAUTIFUL.
Add the chicken pieces in batches once the butter has melted and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until the chicken is cooked through. It should be golden brown in color. Add more butter and olive oil as needed. Remove from pan and allow to cool.

Once all chicken has been cooked, add 3 tbsp of butter and 3 tbsp minced garlic to the hot pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and begins to brown. Add the chicken back to the pan and remove the pan from heat.
Garnish the chicken with fresh parsley and serve. Enjoy!

How to Store Leftovers
Store any leftover chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Chicken can be stored in the freezer in a freezer safe container for 4 months. Leftover chicken will last up to 6 months if vacuum sealed (my favorite method for preserving flavor). I use the FoodSaver Vacuum Sealer and it has worked great for me!
What to Serve with Garlic Butter Chicken Bites
Rice is the perfect side dish for this recipe since you can coat the rice with any excess garlic butter or chicken drippings. You can also serve it with sauteed vegetables – just use the leftover pan drippings to sear your vegetables in!
