Ingredients

  • 3 whole Chicken Breasts boneless thighs can be used in place of breasts but must be cooked for 1 minute longer per side
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 2 tbsp Chicken Bouillon
  • 4 tbsp Butter Salted
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil Extra Virgin
  • 3 tbsp Garlic Minced. This is roughly 4 cloves.
  • Fresh Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Chop 3 whole chicken breasts into bite sized pieces (about 1 ½” squares).
  • In a large bowl, add ½ cup flour and 2 tbsp chicken bouillon. Toss the chicken pieces in the mixture to coat.
  • Heat a large frying pan to medium-high heat. Add 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp olive oil. Add the chicken pieces in batches once the butter has melted and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until the chicken is cooked through. It should be golden brown in color. Add more butter and olive oil as needed.
  • Remove chicken from pan and allow to cool.
  • Once all chicken has been cooked, add 3 tbsp of butter and 3 tbsp minced garlic to the hot pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and begins to brown.
  • Add the chicken back to the pan and remove the pan from heat.
  • Garnish the chicken with fresh parsley and serve. Enjoy!
