Chop 3 whole chicken breasts into bite sized pieces (about 1 ½” squares).
In a large bowl, add ½ cup flour and 2 tbsp chicken bouillon. Toss the chicken pieces in the mixture to coat.
Heat a large frying pan to medium-high heat. Add 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp olive oil. Add the chicken pieces in batches once the butter has melted and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until the chicken is cooked through. It should be golden brown in color. Add more butter and olive oil as needed.
Remove chicken from pan and allow to cool.
Once all chicken has been cooked, add 3 tbsp of butter and 3 tbsp minced garlic to the hot pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and begins to brown.
Add the chicken back to the pan and remove the pan from heat.
Garnish the chicken with fresh parsley and serve. Enjoy!
